1. What do you do, and what do you not do? List the services. Then the one or two things people ask for that you always turn down. 2. Where do you work? Cities, counties, or "within 30 miles of…". And where you won't go. 3. Hours, and what happens after hours. Do you take emergencies? Is there an after-hours fee? 4. The eight questions callers ask you most, and your answer to each.
